Refund and Replacement Policy

  • Customers are eligible for a refund if the Ointment fails to provide the intended therapeutic benefits as described.
  • Refunds are applicable within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  1. Conditions for Refund:
  • To qualify for a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
  • The Ointment must be returned in its original packaging and in a condition suitable for inspection.
  • Refunds will be processed only for Ointments purchased directly from authorized retailers or the Company’s official website.
  1. Refund Procedure:
  • Customers seeking a refund must contact info@xemex.in within the 7-day period from the date of purchase.
  • Upon verification of eligibility, customers will be provided with instructions for returning the Ointment.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment, and processing may take 2-3 days to complete.
  1. Exclusions:
  • Refunds will not be granted for Ointments that have been tampered with, altered, or used in a manner inconsistent with the prescribed usage guidelines.
  • The refund policy does not cover adverse reactions or allergic responses experienced by individuals with sensitivities to any of the ingredients in the Ointment.
  • The Company reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or abuse of the refund policy.
  1. Limitation of Liability:
  • The Company shall not be held liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Ointment, including but not limited to loss of profits  or medical expenses.

        6. Money Back Policy:

  • Applicable for only 15 g ointment.
  • Refund available from the 7th day of purchase.
  • Ointment must be returned on its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase required.
  • Refunds issued via original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Photos of before and after application is required.

        7. Amendment of Policy:

  • The Company reserves the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Company’s website or other official communication channels.
